Although Jos ten Berg BV has a low complaints balance, it may happen that something is unexpectedly wrong with the delivered item. We would like to be informed of this. We take a complaint very seriously.
Report the complaint via 030 – 2888 424 or via customercare@jostenberg.nl , clearly stating your name and telephone number. You will receive a response from Jos ten Berg BV within 2 working days. A suitable solution to the complaint will be sought through mutual consultation, for example exchange for a new item or refund of the purchase price.
