Delivery times
We strive for deliveries from stock. Items that are in stock with us have a delivery time of a maximum of 3 working days. After you have received the order confirmation, we may be able to partially or not deliver certain items.
The most common causes of delayed delivery times are deviations in our planned goods receipts and unplanned deviations in our internal process (e.g. deviations in picking, booking or damage). We try to prevent this as much as possible and in case of deviating delivery times we will inform you in a timely manner.
